#TB30: Life is One Big Adventure with Mo & Pearly

In celebration of our 30th anniversary, we’ve compiled a collection of personal stories from our community who have been part of our journey, and who have helped define the spirit of Tommy Bahama. From heartfelt memories to simple reminders to live life like it’s one long weekend, we hope these people inspire you as they’ve inspired us.

That’s the motto of Mo and Pearly, who know how to make the most of every moment, from celebrating good times to good food—and plenty of good drinks in the mix. For this fun couple, life is one big adventure as they travel the world in search of new experiences and new flavors. Wherever they roam, though, they always bring Tommy Bahama along for the ride.

“We never leave home without a few camp shirts,” Mo says. And if they land anywhere with a Tommy Bahama restaurant or Marlin Bar nearby, you can bet they’re stopping in for a frozen Mai Tai. This epicurean couple has no trouble deciding what to do for date night.

“We always look forward to our Tommy Bahama dates. Dining at the restaurant, we know we’ll be eating and drinking something amazing. And, of course, we’ll be rockin’ our TB outfits as a couple! Being able to do a little shopping after enjoying Tommy Bahama’s world-famous coconut shrimp and, our favorite, a big slice of Piña Colada cake… it’s such a total treat and a perfect balance to our crazy work schedule.”

You may not know that they both work in healthcare, which can be a hectic, taxing career. They’ve found balance by spending their downtime in paradise and carrying that island state of mind with them in everything they do.
