This Third Street legend is nearing 30 years of serving up its innovative take on island hospitality. Getaway-ready apparel, tropical cocktails, and delectable dishes all under one roof? It was almost too good to be true. The one-stop destination for the island state of mind was born—and it’s only grown from there.

Two years later, we ventured up north along the coast to open our second restaurant in Sarasota. Located in St. Armands Circle, it’s just a short swim away from Siesta Key and Lido Key, making it the perfect pit stop for a mai tai between sunbathing sessions. Introducing our innovative spin on a spirited cocktail party, the Coconut Point Marlin Bar in Estero features craft drinks, local microbrews, shareable bites, and a curated selection of our best apparel. After four years of successfully raising the bar on casual dining, we rolled out our Marlin Bars to three more Florida locations, starting with Fort Lauderdale.
