Replacement parts?
Love the cooler but I need a new plug for the drain . I have looked all over on line and reached out to customer service please help

Poor customer service follow up.
Cooler was good for awhile. Heat took its toll on it. We stored it shaded, inner liner cracked at the corners and hinges deteriorated. I have tried numerous times to acquire replacement hinges. I have talk with people but there is no follow up. Stil trying to locate replacement hinges.

Shell Rusting
The cooler is very cool but we have had several issues including cracking at the top, hinge broken on flip lid and now the entire cooler is beginning to rust.

Cooler looks great but cracked rsthervfast
We had this cooler for about 18 months and the last six months it started cracking anywhere there was plastic including the lid and inner white plastic.

Are there replacement parts for this cooler??
We wanted to love this cooler but within a year the inner has cracked in multiple places along the edge!! (See photos). We haven't even used it as a cooler because of this problem! When not in use as a decorative piece, the cooler is always stored in the garage so it's not been exposed to the elements. We love the look and hope to be able to get a replacement part so we can use this as a cooler! Thank you!
