Virtual gift cards are valid at Tommy Bahama stores and restaurants in Canada and the U.S. and at tommybahama.com (for shipments within Canada and the U.S., excluding U.S. territories). Not valid at Tommy Bahama Home Stores. Not redeemable for cash (unless required by law), and may not be used toward the purchase of additional cards. Virtual gift cards are not replaceable if lost or stolen; however, any value remaining may be voided and transferred to a new card by presenting original proof of purchase. Void if altered, resold or transferred for value. Dollar values are in the currency of the country in which the virtual card was sold (the "base currency"). When used in another country, the transaction total is converted from local currency to the base currency, at prevailing OANDA published exchange rates, and deducted from the virtual gift card's balance. If merchandise purchased using a virtual gift card is returned, refunds will be issued in the form of a gift card credit. Virtual gift cards do not expire and have no fees.
