Happily Aperol
Makes 1 drink
1 oz. Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto
1/2 oz. Aperol
2 oz. Maschio Prosecco Brut
1 oz. Fever-Tree Soda Water
1 orange peel for garnish
1. In a wine glass, combine all ingredients then top with ice cubes.
2. Stir with bar spoon five times then add additional ice.
3. Garnish by expressing orange peel over drink.
