Made by Hawaii’s Kona Brewing Co.® Longboard Island Lager is easy to find. Another lager can be substituted, but opt for one that’s not too hoppy, so it won’t overpower the mellow passionfruit.
Makes 1 drink
1 can or bottle Kona Brewing Co.® Longboard Island Lager
3/4 oz. passionfruit juice
1/4 oz. agave nectar
1/4 oz. elderflower liqueur
Dash of orange bitters
1 piece orange peel, for garnish
Fill a hurricane or pilsner glass about three-quarters full of beer. Add the juice, agave, liqueur, and bitters; stir gently to mix. Scoop in ice to fill the glass. Garnish with the orange peel.
