Mezcal Pink Flamingo
The long, thin curl of lime peel that graces this tall pink drink is meant to mimic the graceful curve of a flamingo's neck.
Makes 1 drink
2 oz. mezcal
3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
3 oz. pink grapefruit soda, such as Q Sparkling Grapefruit (or mix pink grapefruit juice with sparkling water)
1 long curl of lime peel, for garnish
In a Collins glass, stir together all the ingredients, except the lime peel, with ice. Drape the curl around and over the edge of the glass.
