How to Make a Return
By Mail
You can print or email your return label by logging into My Account and clicking Order History. If you do not have an account, you can click Order Status and enter your order number and ZIP code to find your return label.
Then simply remove or cover all previous shipping labels from your package and affix the return shipping label. You can drop the package at any of the following
carriers: FedEx Store or Carrier, U.S. Post Office or U.S. Postal Carrier. Once received at our facility, processing
of your return and credit may take up to 7 business days. We will send you a confirmation email once we have
processed your return.
If you are unable to retrieve your return label using this method, please call our Guest Services Team at
1.866.986.8282 and follow the prompts for a return label. You will be instructed to leave your name, order/invoice
number and email address used when placing the original order. We will email you a prepaid return label within 24
hours.
Returns are always free using the prepaid return shipping label on orders shipped to the U.S. or Canada. For gift
returns and oversized items, please call Guest Services at 1.866.986.8282.

Return Policy
We will accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 90 days of purchase for a full refund.
Items must be in the condition you received them, in the original packaging, and with all the original tags
attached. Women's swimwear must have all tags and hygienic liner intact. Worn and washed products may be returned if
damage is due to manufacture defect. Note that our facility is near Seattle, Washington, so please allow for transit
time from your location. Once your return is received at our facility, processing of your return may take up to 7
business days. We will send you a confirmation email once we have received your item(s) and the return has been
processed. We cannot reimburse original shipping or handling charges. A one-time price adjustment on sale items may
be made within 14 days of purchase. The original sales receipt is required in our retail locations. Note that we can
only make adjustments for in-stock styles and colors.
When returning orders that included any promotional Gifts with Purchase:
- Promotional Gifts with Purchase must be returned to receive a full refund to your original form of payment. Otherwise, a merchandise credit will be issued.
- You may keep the promotional Gifts with Purchase if your order spend level (excluding tax) would still qualify after your return is processed.
Outlet Return Policy
All sales at our Tommy Bahama Outlet Stores are final. Products that are unworn, unwashed, and in the original
packaging can be exchanged for product of equal or greater value within 30 days of purchase at any Tommy Bahama
Outlet store. The original receipt is required for all exchanges. Swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged. No
